By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:
Carport may not be used for storage subject to the following exceptions:
- One (1) grill with cover
- Firewood neatly stacked on a rack in front of, but not touching the fence
- Grills may not be utilized within ten feet (10’) of any building or overhang
- Charcoal grills may not be utilized on any combustible surface
- Grilling may not occur in any covered area (this includes the carport area)
- The term grill includes, but is not limited to, gas grills, charcoal grills, and smokers
- It is the responsibility of homeowners that residents and guest abide by the grilling rules set forth in the Outdoor Décor Rules and Regulations.
- Failure to comply with the grilling rules set forth in the Outside Décor Rules and Regulations will result in an immediate $100.00 fine and the loss of grilling privileges in perpetuity.
- Any and all damages caused by a homeowner, resident or guest violating the grilling rules set forth in the Outside Décor Rules and Regulations shall be the full and sole responsibility of the homeowner.
- I have been provided with a copy and have read the Outside Décor Rules and Regulations and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Forest Oaks II Homeowners Association from any and all losses, damages or claims which arise as a result of my failure to comply with the grilling rules.
- Homeowners, who do not sign and return this form is prohibited from grilling in the Forest Oaks II community.
- Grilling prior to the signed return of this form will result in an immediate fine of $100.00 and the loss of grilling privileges in perpetuity.
