New Homeowners Claiming Personal Landscape Area

The Personal Landscape Area is that space which is defined in the Personal Landscape Rules and Regulations and made available to Unit Owners by the Association to enjoy and personalize.

By claiming the Personal Landscape Area, you acknowledge the following:

No weed control or mulch will be provided by the Association.
All decorations and alterations must be in conformity with the Lawn Décor Rules and Regulations and Personal Landscaping Rules and Regulations, which may be found on the Association’s website www.forestoaks2.com.
The Personal Landscape Area must be maintained at all times.
Items planted in the personal landscape item become part of the Common Element and are cover seen by the association
Failure to maintain the Personal Landscape Area will result in the Unit Owner’s account being billed for maintenance that the Association must undertake.
