COMMUNITY POOL WAIVER

By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:

  1. This pass is non-transferable and is not valid for use by anyone other than the person named.
  2. I have been provided with and have read the swimming pool rules and regulations and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Forest Oaks II Homeowner’s Association from any and all losses, damages or claims which arise as a result of my failure to comply with those rules.
  3. As a parent or guardian, I understand my primary responsibility is for the safety of the individual(s) under my care.
  4. I understand the pool area is under continuous video and audio monitoring for the safety of Forest Oaks II homeowners and their guest.
