  • Junk, inoperable, unlicensed, vehicles not for immediate use, or in any kind of disrepair may not be parked on the property
  • Update the HOA of any vehicle changes
  • When parking more than the two vehicles listed on this form at Forest Oaks II, a Request to Park in Guest Parking must be submitted and approved.
  • Violations to the parking rules and regulations will result in a vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
