Payment of Regular Assessment

The monthly homeowner’s fee of $395.00 is due on the first day of each month.

Payment by Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order

Funds should be made payable to Forest Oaks II Homeowners Association and mailed to

Forest Oaks Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 12321, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.

Payment by Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Use the Authorization for ACH Origination form to authorize the electronic transfer from the

homeowner’s checking or savings account for the regular periodic payment of the monthly

association assessment. The ACH form may be found at www.forestoaks2.com.

The authorization agreement and voided check may be:

2) e-mail: bookkeeper@forestoaks2.com

Once the authorization form and voided check are received and processed, the funds will be

transferred from the homeowner’s designated account on the first day of each month.

Debit and/or Credit Card Payments

Forest Oaks II does not accept debit nor credit card payments.

At 15 Days Past Due Date

A late charge of $30.00 will be assessed on the delinquent assessment. Interest shall be imposed

on all sums due, including assessment, collections costs and late charges, at an annual rate of 10%.

Interest will be applied when turned over to the Attorney for collection.
